| − | Is it just me or this wiki's main basis for recommendation is 'maximum accuracy' + 'libretro core' and basically to hell with anything else? Hate to be like this as soon as I join but I can't see why FCEUX wouldn't be a recommended emulator, considering its highly robust amount of functionality exceeds most if not all other options for those use cases (and it's even highlighted that on the page for it).
