Playnite is an open-source frontend only for Windows, written primarily in C# by Josef Nemec. It supports both native PC games and emulators alike, and it has multiple sources for metadata scraping, library importing, and has themes support. It also supports plugins made in a .NET compatible framework to greatly expand its functionality or what it can import, and themes can seamlessly integrate them into the UI.
