==Overview==
N-Gage 2.0 was a platform service for S60v3 mobiles (Symbian OS 9.1-9.3), although it was also (officially) implemented on a single S60v5 mobile, the Nokia N97 , (and unofficially on other phones, like the Nokia 5800 Xpress Music, which obviously used touch wrappers because it didn't have buttons).
On 30 October 2009, Nokia announced that no new N-Gage 2.0 games would be produced, effectively shutting down the N-Gage 2.0 platform. All N-Gage services, which includes purchasing of games and various online features, had reportedly ceased operation by the end of 2010 and on March 31, 2011, the service was finally closed, stopping the game activation server, so purchased Games can no longer be activated after formatting the device memory.
