'''ROM managers''' are pieces of software that take DAT files (files that list names and hashes of ROMs) and a folder of ROMs, and rename the ROMs to match the names in the DAT file. This allows you to see what you are missing, or if any of your ROMs may be bad dumps. Some also have integration into emulators.

This is a text about ROM managers something like "a program with which you can manage collections of games supported by an emulator. Its purpose is to give you the ability to:
{|class="wikitable" style="text-align:center;"
View all games supported by an emulator plus all the games you have in your collection for it
!Name
Fix missing or bad-named games and roms in your collection so they can be playable by the emulator"
