Sometimes stuff gets cut from the game before it's released, because devs ran short on time. Sometimes stuff gets censored because cultural issues and soccer moms and other self-appointed moral guardians being offended at everything as their purpose in lifeparental complaints, or because it simply would be too costly to license.
