The full name of RVA-001 is Revolution Arcade, and Capcom calls it the Arcade System. Mario Party 8, Mario Party 9 and Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Not sure if there is RVA-101 and RVA-201
Konami started developing games for PC Arcade in 2003, and SCPH-50000 was also released that year, so Python 2 became a real PS2. Taito develops arcade games for Type X, so it also chose a real PS4. Although the publisher of the game is Square Enix, the name posted on PS4 looks like the codename is Taito. Even if they are real game consoles, it does not mean that PS2 and PS4 related software will allow you to play games directly.
