There is no official Skylanders portal emulation for [[Cemu]] at the moment, but you can use [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fw-JhDFvP1M this unofficial modified version] which has an emulated portal of power included.
There is a [https://github.com/cemu-project/Cemu/pull/971 pull request] for adding Skylanders emulation to cemu though.
