It's not recommended here, as it's [https://archive.foolz.us/vg/search/text/bizhawk/ never been recommended in the thread]. It's not portable, not that great of performance, written in C#, doesn't have comparable A/V sync to what [[RetroArch]] does, doesn't support as many systems, or offer the shader support. For just general use of playing games, or playing games as accurately as you can to the original console, there's better out there. For TASsing a game, yeah you'd be using it, as TASvideos recommends it.
