Changes

I heard that mGBA is faster and more accurate than VBA-M. Also, the "best" version of VBA-M has a broken link so is no longer avaliable available for download. Explain why it was more superior to the latest version.

After some extensive testing and online research, I've come to the conclusion that ares doesn't support Game Linking and E-Reader functionalities. So if anyone thinks that the categories for ares should be changed, go right ahead.
