Lightgun support is was available in the PCSX2 emulator via a third-party plugin called nuvee. This allows you to use and mouse or mouse-compatible device (such as a lightgun) to play the sizeable PS2 library of lightgun games.<ref>https://lightgungamer.com/pcsx2</ref>This is no longer relevant since the removal of the plugin system, now PCSX2 handles lightgun support by itself.
