Revision as of 05:07, 18 October 2015 by 66.249.82.138 (talk) (→Emulators: Added libretro column. BlueMSX is inactive since 2009 as far as I can see.)
MSX is a Z80-based family of home computers which appeared in 1983. They were popular in Asian, South American and European countries as well as the former Soviet Union, but they are virtually unknown in USA.

Comparison
- blueMSX is cycle accurate with very high compatibility, unfortunately, it hasn't seen an update in years.
- openMSX is open source and in active development, in recent years it has surpassed blueMSX in terms of accuracy.
