Add some stuff to SH2

| style="text-align: center;"|Windows: Buggy but can mostly be fixed with patches. Has better lighting effects (Per-vertex on the PS2 vs per-pixel on the PC), different shadow rendering (Soft shadows on the PS2 but not on the PC) and worse fog/audio(the fog is fixable via a mod). A 60 FPS hack is available, but it has not been vigorously tested yet.
Xbox: Has the same lighting as the PC version, same fog issues (less noticeable due to lower resolution), and good FMVs by default. Can run at up to 480p.
