KEmulator is a closed-source Java 2 Micro Edition emulator for Windows platform, aimed at the game developers. KEmulator provides kinds of utilities making our developers more effectively, and it supports most of the popular mobile platforms. It's written in Java, and the UI is based on SWT. It is highly recommended to use KEmulator nnmod. It's based on decompiled KEmulator 1.0.3 and preceeds the original one by many features.
