Makaron is a closed-source Sega Dreamcast emulators notable for being one of the first, along with Demul, properly play Windows CE games unlike then-dominant NullDC. It's now deprecated by newer emulators. Version T12/5 comes bundled with a standalone VMU emulator (VMS.exe) to play VMU games.
