The PlayStation Vita '''currently has no emulators'''; this is mainly due to the fact that the hardware has yet to be documented. Once the console has been hacked (to some degree, at least), and the hardware is well known and its functions are documented, emulation can begin. How long this will take is not something that can be gauged. Expect to wait many years.
