;Stay away from mainstream media, most of the popular news websites and content providers, most of the social media, some of the encyclopedias, advertisements, <abbr title="like Eurovision and EuroFestival for example">mega-events</abbr>, streaming services, most of the popular recent/revived franchises and recent mainstream movies, books, magazines, music, games as much as possible... If possible, try these activities instead; gardening, daily exercise, getting a pet, spending time with loved ones, and enjoying pure/high-quality music, movies, games, or anything else that brings you joy. Stay away from crowded, noisy, and polluted cities and, if feasible, a job that drains you.
