| Growing up in a poor but happy, religious family in the ghettos of the Marmara and Asia Minor regions. I was experienced a variety of islamic sects and practices during my childhood and early adolescence. Living in such social environments further exposed me to the harsh realities and negative consequences of the socio-physiological environment and ideologies in the Middle East. Although, nothing surprised me after my adolescence years.

| As an Ex-Muslim, I've held a more agnostic perspective on religious matters for about 10 years now. My interest lies in asceticism. Also, I am intrigued by the moral frameworks and guiding values present in Christian pacifism, Catharism, and Sikhism. In my early teens, I faced the challenge of weight gain due to side effects from OCD medication and unhealthy eating habits. Thankfully, at 17, I committed to a healthy diet and exercise routine, leading to a significant weight loss of around 50kg. Unfortunately, in my early 20s, stress from university, exercise-related back injuries, financial issues, internship, and the challenges of young adulthood caused me to develop bad eating habits, leading to weight fluctuations again. However, drawing on past experiences, I recommitted to healthy habits – vigorous exercise and a balanced diet. This dedication led to a significant weight loss (again) of around 50kg, and I've maintained a healthy lifestyle ever since. I was vegetarian for a couple of years, and I've been vegan for four years since then. Having recently completed my military service, I am in my late 20s now...
