==Game Boy (Color)==
[http://store.kitsch-bent.com/product/usb-64m-smart-card usb 64m smart card] ($42) No RTC, only one save .sav stored at a time(alpha hack available, but deletes saves on occasion), issues when having GBC and GB games in the same bank, and not the easiest to use. Only uses an MBC5 mapper, and tries to fake other mappers. There are game-specific hacks to fix any issues caused by this. Requires special program + driver (if using Windows) to use, as games are transfered through USB. Has two banks (4MB [32Mb] per bank) for games. [http://thegaminguniverse.org/ninjagaiden4/mottzilla/ Multisave menu, hacks] Saves may be unreliable when using this menu, so it is recommended to use one save at a time.
[http://krikzz.com/store/home/8-everdrive-gb.html EverDrive GB] ($88) No RTC, supports the use of MicroSD cards, mappers MBC1, MBC2, MBC3, MBC5, Game Genie cheats, individual ROM sizes up to 8MB (128Mb), and saves for each game.

[https://bennvenn.myshopify.com/products/copy-of-elcheapo-sd-flash-cart-v1-5 El Cheapo 1.5/6] ($40) No RTC, supports the use of MicroSD cards, mappers MBC1, MBC2, MBC3, MBC5, supports ROM sizes up to 1MB (8Mb), and saves for each game, with the ability to have multiple saves per ROM. While this flash cart supports GBC games, it is recommended to get this cart for original GB games only, due to the max ROM size of 1MB. A new version is being worked on that will have a larger max ROM size for bigger games. Recommended to update firmware to latest version for extra features/mappers. Comes with microSD card of unknown size. Once the new version is released, there will be little reason not to get this over the other two listed carts, unless you need Game Genie cheats or 8MB ROM support.
==SNES==
[http://krikzz.com/store/home/27-sd2snes.html SD2SNES] ($190) Has an FPGA to support some special chips, along with MSU-1 support (notable exceptions being SuperFX and SA-1). Can also play large ROMs such as Star Ocean. Can theoretically be firmware upgraded to support more chips, but that has not happened yet. A cheaper unofficial Chinese version available through websites such as AliExpress for around $115 with 8GB SD card included (search for "16 bit game rev f"), but may have quality control issues, such as being unable to update the firmware or MSU-1 audio not working. Many times, it will work just fine, but it is a gamble. It is also worth noting that the original creator (ikari_01) will not be seeing any of the money if purchased through this route. It is the only flash cart worth buying through Chinese websites, as it is an open source product, therefore identical to the real thing. EverDrives have DRM on the firmwares, so updating a Chinese clone will brick it, but this is not an EverDrive, even though it is made by KRIKzz.
[http://krikzz.com/store/home/13-super-everdrive-v2.html Super EverDrive] ($79) Optional support for DSP1-4 chips, but otherwise, no special chip support. Is a good option if you do not care about special chips.
