TL;DR
TeknoParrot isn't the only one making mistakes. Guru, MAME, System 16, Wikipedia, Segaretro, EmuGen Wiki, Miraheze, and more. They make typos, provide non-existent or fake game titles, wrong release year, wrong arcade manufacturer (MAME official version), randomly named arcade hardware, add a non-existent 1 to 2 or make up a hardware name. There are others, such as a Wikipedia page that only provides one set of hardware specifications for PC Arcade.

By the way, I would like to criticize the Libretro developers. They replace the Japanese version with the title picture of the US version of the game, but the file is named Japan, at least after I browsed the pictures of one Wii game and another PS game. They didn't even allow Foxcoon to be a manufacturer, but they filled in a bunch of them for MSX. It's better to change Manufacturer to Developer or Designer. Designer: Koto for WonderSwan and Pocket Challenge V2, Epyx for Lynx, Smith for Vectrex, Hudson for PC Engine and PC FX. As far as I know, most console designers only have one to avoid making mistakes
