From Sevastiannn (talk): Could you please tell me where you got the information that "GPCS4 is a one-person project" and citate that info in PS4 emulator wiki's comparisons section in GPCS4's description? From BintendoTwist: The other developers have quit contibuting to the emulator, and the main developer was the only one contributing until August 2022 when it was abandoned.
