Talk:Toys-to-life emulation
what about a page for "augmented reality peripherals" such as Wonderbook? or is it kinda unnecessary? Ahayri (talk) 20:33, 03 December 2024 (UTC)
- Nah. There aren't that many unique AR peripherals in the past. Gorilli09 (talk) 20:37, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
You can't add stuff like Wappy Dog or Poochi Dog without adding NES ROB or Sony Ericsson CAR-100
- Ugh. I added NES R.O.B. but for Sony Ericsson because there were 2 games on NES compatible with it, but the car thing, it doesn't even have a corresponding video game to "connect" to, a Symbian Java playable on the phone itself I mean, it's just a remote control. I actually think Wappy, Poochi and NES R.O.B. need a separate article but I don't know what is this concept called (controlling a real physical toy via the game), so I have temporarily placed them under "toys-to-life" (where games reads the signal off the real toy and changes in-game gameplay accordingly). I hope someone creates a separate article. There we can also potentially mention that bluetooth-controlled car or the WonderBorg robot for WonderSwan. Ilyagredasov (talk) 15:32, 9 November 2025 (UTC)
