PCem is a PC emulator that emulates hardware from the 80's and mid-90's. It does not emulate the operating systems as well however. To run any program, an operating system needs to be installed in PCem first.
It has a [[Dynamic_recompilation|dynamic recompiler]] in the works that gives accurate Pentium support. A branch fork called [[PCem-X ]] has slow Pentium Pro and Pentium 2 support as well, though it isn't accurate. It can also emulate numerous 2D and 3D cards, even the S3 ViRGE, which no other emulator supports.

*S3 ViRGE
*3dfx Voodoo (need another card that does VGA for this, just like the real deal.)

There's also a branch out there that does basic VESA modes for the RIVA 128 and nothing else. PCem-X has this code too, but in a slightly more developed state. It's still not ready for general use though.
