Changes

I think case-insensitive search should get implemented here. Considering how that emulator names are often a bit of a mess of letters in different cases and sometimes spelling there isn't even standardized clearly, this is a necessary change. Maybe bug ITEM-3 about this if your permissions aren't high enough, this shouldn't hurt the Game Tech Wiki either.
