Changes

Vita3K's initial codebase was pushed to GitHub by petmac on [https://github.com/Vita3K/Vita3K/commit/3b259ace0270dcdfd4931b9ec3d5860f35764279 January 28, 2018]. Between January and April, Vita3K was only able to run a few homebrew games and applications, but not commercial games. As of [https://www.patreon.com/posts/gal-gun-double-18607458 May 05, 2018], <i>Gal*Gun: Double Peace</i> (Vita port) was the first commercial game to show graphics on this emulator. As of January February 2022, 35 55 games are playable. In the 3 years Progress Report, it is heavily implied that the development has gone hiatus.
