How long?
The Nintendo 3DS '''currently has no emulators'''; this is mainly due to the fact that the hardware has yet to be documented. This is currently being planned, however, with the main such event being the [http://3dbrew.org/wiki/Fundraiser chip decapping] which will allow hackers more information about the hardware itself. Once the console has been hacked (to some degree, at least), and the hardware is well known and its functions are documented, emulation can begin. Plus the fact that the 3DS supposedly has a high amount of security built-in, this may take a while. Be prepared to wait.
