::As all consoles made after the Since Xbox One all run on and later, [[Microsoft|Microsoft consoles]] utilize a cut-down version of Windows, they can all natively run backwards compatible games. However, games made before 2015 are running legacy Windows 8 games which are different to Windows 10 onwards, Microsoft probably made compatibility layers or updated games to the new Windows 10 platform.
