::OK, thanks. It looks like the only way to make an user page (Not related to the 'User talk' page for any user) is to copy and paste "http://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/User:[Insert username]" (Where the bracket is taken up by your own user name). Then you edit and save that page.
