→Upload file problem (After mediawiki software 1.31/1.32 update)
This issue seemed to occur after another admin, ITEM-3, updated this wiki's software from 1.26 or older to 1.31 or 1.32 on mid-February 2019. Inadvertently, it seems this has caused problems with file and image uploading processes here.
As you can see, the last file uploaded to here was over 2 months ago, at the end of January 2019: [[Special:ListFiles]] & [[Special:Log/upload]].[[User:ObiKKa|ObiKKa]] ([[User talk:ObiKKa|talk]]) 17:00, 1 May 2019 (EDT)
