Description
This template is used to create a link to start a new discussion. It is especially useful in areas that newbies commonly frequent.
Syntax
Type {{talkcreate}} wherever you wish the link to appear. You can add an optional second parameter to change the link text.

Start a new discussion!
{{talkcreate|Spout your views!}} gives...
Spout your views!
