A table cell template for indicating that an aspect about an entry in a table is To Be Determined. The most common use case is for recommendations, when an emulator has been added to the list but has not been assessed.
If you want to use other attributes in the cell, e.g. colspan or rowspan, they need to be put before the template call, and there must be no vertical bar | in between them:
