DS firmware files
I'm moving the files away from MediaFire and ZippyShare to MEGA (for now). If anyone has any suggestions as to where the files should be permanently moved to, let me know.
:Just add mirror links, don't remove the old ones. I prefer uploading to mediafire and still update some of the stuff directly on mediafire (so the links don't change). --SonofUgly (talk) 17:46, 22 August 2018 (EDT)

Update of backup
Can anyone update backup link for "Wii WC24 network SSL certificates"? I do not have rights to edit the page. That's new link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/w439hk9pd0ciwcd/AABs2qQouBHSG_LDhOmkgXyCa?dl=0 NNNkey (talk) 18:20, 25 February 2019 (EST)

PCem v15 ROMs
I see someone messed this place up and it's locked down now.

Anyway here are the new roms for PCem v15, whoever does the backup might want to do that too.

The DS firmware you're linking is an old hacked version that breaks if WFC configuration is altered. The issue has also been observed on hardware, where it bricks the console. Basically that firmware predates WFC, which is where the config entries were added in some unused FLASH memory space. The hacked firmware presumably puts code or whatever in that memory, so it gets overwritten and that breaks it.

I semi-regularly get complaints of firmware boot not working in melonDS and they stem from this. You should consider linking original firmware, or atleast making this issue clear.

I believe I may have found a cleaner file (it actually boots the health & safety warning), but I don't know for sure if it's better: https://mega.nz/#!KPwUHYCZ!mCzMRg3UN8UGJ2WKxAbCMaWVLUdAX0KCYHb0egCbrUk -Skylark (talk) 22:47, 25 June 2019 (EDT)

sorry fot the late reply, but those firmware files look clean, atleast they don't exhibit the WFC incompatibility issue --Arisotura
