What, that's not true, my DS3 is seen as a 360 controller and works fine with Xpadder; played through GTA: VC (PC edition) and used it with blueMSX. If it's not working for you, double check SCP installed right.
XInput Wrapper SCP is an open-source driver which allows for the DS3 (DualShock 3) to work natively on Microsoft Windows. Not compatible with xpadder.
