Currently not in the GUI. You may be able to get it to work with the [https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/wiki/Using-command-line command line] or the [[RetroArch#PC_Versions|Phoenix Launcher]]. But the former may be hard to convince someone to use, and the latter may break settings (Good reminder to always keep backups, of EVERYTHING) or simply not work.
