[https://github.com/blastrock/pkgj PKGj] for the PlayStation Vita can be downloaded from within VitaDeploy by SKGleba, and comes with a database of PKG files and ISOs for Vita and PSP/PS1 games respectively, all of which can be extracted and played on the usual emulators.
