Also with [https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/pull/17725 this pull request], you can use custom sound file for RetroAchievement notification sounds too, for thisall of these, firstly you need to set "Settings> UI Sounds: On" and you can set "UI Background animation: Waves" and "Theme: Default", after these you need to change .wav files from "\PPSSPP-dev\assets" with your custom ones.
