But with [https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/13225#issuecomment-776396995 this pull request] you can use custom sound for menu navigation feedback sounds, for this, firstly you need to set "Settings> UI Sounds: On" and you can set "UI Background animation: Waves" and "Theme: Default", after these you need to change .wav files from "\PPSSPP-dev\assets" with your custom ones.
