<p class="firstHeading" lang="en">The PC Engine 2 (PCE2)  was an upgraded version of the PC Engine  that could also play PCE games. In the west it was known as the SuperGrafx. Only 7 games were released for it.</p>

Ootake is okay for general purposes.
Mednafen is great. Command line only though. It has two PCE cores: PCE-Fast, and PCE-Accurate. It can also has a PC-FX core.
RetroArch can run Mednafen's PCE-Fast core. . GUI and other things.
MagicEngine only has a free demo available. To get the The full version costs €15 EUR. There is no reason to buy it when there are better free options available.
