{{WIP}}This page covers everything that Nintendo made that isn't related to their main console business.
This page covers everything that ==[[Game & Watch]]==Developed by game designer Gunpei Yokoi, a series of standalone handheld LCD games from Nintendo made that isn't related , the first of which was released on 28 April 1980 and is often considered the forerunner of the Game Boy/Color, although new Game & Watch games were still as late as 1991. Instead of sending output to their main console businessan LCD display like most cartridge games, Game & Watch games (and most other handheld electronic games of the time) displayed graphics by lighting up pre-drawn LCD segments, like a pocket calculator.
==16mm / Film Electromechanical Games==
Electromechanical games that used pre-recorded film were the general public's first taste of video games, more then a few companies tried there hand at making these Proto Video Games including Nintendo. from 1973 to 1978, Nintendo made eight of them, they were all light gun games. Unfortunately most of these games are lost with only three of the films have being partially found, the rest are considered lost. These games can't emulated / simulated until at least one complete copy is made available to the public.
