Fixed dead N64 config list link
Unlike every other N64 emulator, Mupen64Plus uses its own plugin spec, so it is not compatible with any plugins except those specifically ported to its spec.
The N64 emulation scene is a mess. Checking [http://bmgclbhemuhelp.atspaceco.ccnf/n64mgcl/N64ConfigList.htm this site] and using the appropriate [http://www.mediafire.com/?6c33nky4jyzc13w emulator/plugin] per game is recommended.
