Also corrected: there's no such thing as "not yet evaluated for recommendation". Either something has been reviewed and passes the threshold for recommendation or it hasn't. 'x' doesn't mean "avoid" it just literally means "not at present recommended"

Confirmed by inspection of the source code and discussion with authors of the former: OpenMSX is "cycle accurate" as per this Wiki's abuse of that term. fMSX does not emulate the Turbo R. Updated table appropriately.
