It's okay, there are just too many bugs. It's also quite slow, as is expected from most 3D games in MAME. As of MAME 0.261262, a few of the games can run, like Crazy Taxi runs a quite low FPS (it might depend and 18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker, but not well enough for an accurate or fun experience, but performance may vary on your hardware) with glitched car models, but otherwise it is playable.
