A high -quality emulator with high compatibility. Unfortunately, it's closed source and no longer updated. For this reason, other [[Sega Genesis emulators ]] have surpassed it in terms of compatibility. [[Genesis Plus GX]] has 100% commercial game compatibility. However, it lacks the 32X support that Kega Fusion has. ==Issues==On Windows 8.0 and later, an incompatibility issue (related to DirectDraw support in these operating systems being further deprecated) causes the emulator to drop frames, or freeze entirely in the case of Windows 10 and later, when attempting to switch to fullscreen mode. However, this can be easily fixed by right-clicking on Fusion.exe > Properties > Compatibility > check "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations." Kega Fusion also suffers issues with 32X timing and graphical deficiencies, though does have proper volume levels unlike [[GENS|Gens]], which has higher compatibility but has worse sound emulation.
