If you have a PSVita/PSTV on firmware version 3.60 65 to 3.7374, you can turn it into a decent emulation device by installing the HENkaku homebrew enabler. You can obtain it on the [http://jailbreak.psp2.dev HENlo website], which doubles as a guide and an actual homebrew enabler. After it's installed, you can also use tools such as [https://vitadb.rinnegatamante.it/#/info/205 Vita Homebrew Browser] to install homebrew directly on your PS Vita/PSTV.
