DraStic is a payware closed-source NDS emulator for Android.

Nvidia TEGRA 2-based devices will not work with this emulator. Do not try; most are blacklisted, but some might not be.
Review
Currently the best DS emulator available for Android, capable of running most games at full speed on suitably high-end devices. The $8 asking price is steep, though, and you might have a fundamental objection to paying for an emulator. A cracked version is available.
