The Oculus Quest launched on the 21st of May, 2019, with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip.
The Oculus Quest 2 launched on the 13th of October, 2020, with the Snapdragon XR2 chip that is specifically designed for VR.
The Meta Quest Pro launched on the 25th of October, 2022, with the Snapdragon XR2+ chip.
The Meta Quest 3 launched on the 10th of October, 2023, with the Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 chip.
The Meta Quest 3s launched on the 15th of October, 2024, also coming with the Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 chip.
The Oculus Quest 2 is the most successful VR headset to date, with it being the most used headset for SteamVR.
Oculus has since shifted interest from the PCVR market to standalone, so most Oculus exclusive games are going to the Quest platform.

Emulators
editEmulation of The Oculus Quest is possible because it runs an android environment. See Android Emulators, however additional drivers would likely have to be made to allow head rotation, head movement, and controllers.
THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO EMULATORS FOR THIS DEVICE OR PLATFORM. ANY CLAIMS TO OFFER THEM ARE SCAMS!
