VICE (an acronym for Versatile Commodore Emulator) is a multi-platform, open-source Commodore system emulator. It supports the Commodore 64 (and C64DTV), C128, VIC-20, PET, PLUS-4 and CBM-II systems, and is available as a libretro core for RetroArch.
