WinUAE is an open-source Amiga emulator for Windows. The name references it being a port of UAE, the original Amiga emulator created in 1995 by programmer Bernd Schmidt. Over the years and with development help from many programmers, WinUAE (UAE standing for Universal Amiga Emulator) has become the premiere Amiga emulator, with plenty of options to support multiple Amiga computer types and support for a wide variety of games.
