Sega Saturn supports CD-ROM discs. Also supports Audio CD and CD+G. You need [[#Video CD Card]] for VCD and Photo CD, but if you have earlier model you don't need that add-on for Photo CDs. Also you need "[https://segaretro.org/Photo_CD_Operating_System Photo CD Operating System]" disc for Photo CDs.
