As of October 2022March 2023, Ruffle primarily supports older Flash content while also supporting some AS3 contents, which use ActionScript 1.0 and 2.0 with 90% of the language and 73% of the API implemented. ActionScript 3.0 support is at 60% of the language and 50% of the API. Bleeping Computer reported that all the SWF games they tried in February 2021 "worked flawlessly."
