I am Japanese. XEBRA is not an official software name. the text of official website says "Emyutte-shimauma (abbreviated as XEBRA)" will be released." This is a joke with pronunciation in the same Japanese! Shimauma (Zebra) and do-Shimau ("can't help doing").
